Year 7–10

Our Secondary Curriculum provides opportunities for students to experience a broad range of subjects, ensuring they develop the knowledge and skills needed to navigate the world and make informed subject choices for their SACE.

Our Secondary School learners in Years 7–10 can expect seven lessons with specialist teachers across all subject areas.

Some lessons are delivered as double periods of 90 minutes, while others are single periods of 45 minutes.

We offer learning opportunities in English, Mathematics, Science, HASS, HPE, Visual Art, Metal Technology, Wood Technology, Food Technology, Drama, German and Agriculture.

From Year 9, students begin to tailor their learning through subject selections based on their needs and interests, as well as staffing availability.

By Year 10, students may begin undertaking SACE subjects, providing greater opportunities to earn SACE credits. In recent years, these subjects have included Stage 1 Personal Learning Plan (PLP), Stage 1 Community Studies, Stage 1 Outdoor Education and Stage 1 General Mathematics.
